    You know the old saying breakfast is the most important meal of the day? Well it’s true! Healthy people eat breakfast with in 30 minutes of waking up & most importantly they eat protein. Eating protein within 30 minutes of waking up helps speed up your metabolism and set’s you up for a healthy day. Here are some easy yummy smoothie recipes using a plant based protein shake! Stat your day off right!

     

    Strawberrie Bliss

    • 1 measuring scoop of vanilla plant based protein shake
    • 150 ml skimmed milk (0,1 %)
    • 100 ml plain yoghurt (1,5 %)
    • Fresh strawberries (100 g)

    Preparation:

    Prepare Complete Vanilla with milk and yoghurt. Puree the Vanilla Shake together with the strawberries.

     

    Peach Passion Fruit

    Ingredients:

    • 1 measuring scoop of vanilla plant based protein shake
    • 150 ml of skimmed milk (0,1 %)
    • 100 ml of buttermilk
    • 1 peach (120 g)
    • 1 passion fruit, pulp (40 g)

    Preparation:

    Prepare Complete Vanilla with skimmed milk and buttermilk. Puree together with the chopped peach. Finally, stir in the passion fruit pulp.

     

    Vienesse Mochaccino

    Ingredients:

    • 1 measuring scoop of chocolate plant based protein shake
    • 200 ml skimmed milk (0,1 %)
    • 50 ml coffee
    • 1 pinch of cinnamon
    • 1 level tablespoon of Chia seeds

    Notice: The shaker is not suitable for the preparation of warm shakes.
    Preparation:

    Warm up the skimmed milk, add fresh coffee and cinnamon. Fold in Complete Chocolate with a whisk. Stir in the Chia seeds. Sprinkle with cinnamon to taste.

     

    Cinnamon Plum

    Ingredients:

    • 1 measuring spoon of vanilla plant based protein shake
    • 250 ml skimmed milk (0,1 %)
    • ½ plum (ca. 30 g)
    • ½ apple (ca. 50 g)
    • Juice of half an orange (max. 50 ml)
    • ½-1 teaspoon of cinnamon

    Preparation:

    Prepare Complete Vanilla with the skimmed milk. Cut the plum and the apple into fine cubes and puree them together with the Vanilla Shake. Stir in the orange juice and cinnamon.
